Reviews of The Chartist

The Chartist

Ever since I subscribed in December his strategy seemed to have been: Cut the winners short and let the losers run! His prime concern apparently was to maintain a high win ratio. Unfortunately, some developers of the more popular systems, like THE BEATLES seem to follow the same strategy - this can work fine in a seemingly unstoppable bull market, like the one since 2009 but when the market turns it could produce large losses. If you look at The Grid, the best long time performing systems with less than 25% draw down have one thing in common: Low win ratio but high average profit to loss ratio.

Normally the recent performance speaks for itself. I joined for 2 months and it has been a disaster. The market is in correction mode and the trades are long, even worse, the system wait for market to rebound and then went long, only to see the market went down again. It may seem the developer read the chart upside down and every trade went against the market. I thought Futures trading would be exempt from market correction and it will take what the market gives. I've been with C2 for 4 years and haven't seen any winning system yet. I seems most good systems will have a few months initial good performance and then starting loosing after attracting some subscribers. This system is NO exception.
