I believe it is one of the best systems on C2, yet I am giving only a 3 star review for now. If the system can deal better with avoiding single blows in the future I would definitely rise it to 4 stars, even 5 stars after consistent track. Vendor trades on own account and is very committed to subscribers. Keep an eye on this system in 2011.

Since December 2009 there have been two profitable months out of 16. The annualized return since inception is 4.8% as of 3/20/11. This system is a disaster in my opinion!

Very poor risk management. No need to give a detailed review, all you need is to look at the last 15-16 trades and see what you are risking for one of the most expensive systems on C2.

Nice system with low drawdown which is very important to me. Good returns and fast follow up to questions. I wontt give 5 stars easily but will certainly be back to add the 5th one after 6mths if things keep going ;-) Keep it up.
Topaz NQ100 M
Topaz has been an exceptional system by any reasonable standard. Though any system will have significant draw-downs, Topaz does an excellent job of recovering from the worst of them. The developer has also been quite responsive to my e-mails. The worst I can say is that the e-mail spam has sometimes filled up my inbox, but I expect this will be fixed.

Five Stars for an intelligent strategy and for customer service! I have been very happy with Topaz over the last few months that Ive been trading on the system. Its very easy to trade manually, and has become easy to trust. He knows when to acknowledge a loss, and when to capture gains. I wish I had found this system earlier!
Oh yeah... Performance has been excellent - the reason I subscribed in the first place!

Its too bad that was once a good system wasnt modified to follow some basic market timing stradegys. The market gains that could have been made since early Sept should have been picked up by this system.
They werent "Sad But True" so I had to give up on it.
GIROCAR
Doubling down on losing trades is not a viable trading method. You will go broke eventually, unless you have an infinite bankroll.

This is probably one of the best combination stock and option systems on C2 at this time. The professional trader does not hide losses or hold them forever and is able to communicate in English. I love the fact that winners are greater than the stocks he losses on, and I rather hold a winner that goes up each month than a loser.

I am impressed with this system. Considering the very smooth equity curve, low drawdown's and outstanding risk reward ratios this is one of the very best systems ever seen at Collective2. Results in my IB account match C2 results closely. The developer is a nice person with great know-how in trading. All questions are answered timely. I agree with a previous reviewer: I wish there were more systems like this on C2. I'm giving it 5 stars and hope this brilliant performance continues in the future.

I am really not sure what to do. I am about to be charged for a 2nd month without having a trade. I emailed the admin a "hello" type message about 7 days ago and have not heard back. The system stats are great, and 1 good trade could certainly pay for an entire year. Wish I could hear some "encouraging" words from the developer.
z-Trader Short-Term
I started to subscribe Z-Trade Short Term in Jan. It is a trend following system and keep buying along the bull trend in the few months. In the beginning, I experienced a reasonable drawdown (about 7%) and now the equity becomes positive and increasing consistently. It is worthwhile to subscribe for such a system.
Option Timer
Very large risk taken on in order to capture very small premiums. Then the positions are managed very poorly. Have to wonder what the "proprietary indicators" are????
LongRun Special
LRS has been a disappointment - flat over the last 5 months and recently having its worst month ever. It is VERY difficult to trade because most of the stocks are illiquid. Trading at IB, I have had forced buy-ins of shorted stocks, and at other times have waited days for shares to be available to short. This is not a system you could scale up. On the plus side, LRS has a low net market exposure with its large short position and should do relatively well in a selloff. I has a good long term track record, but be prepared to be frustrated. If the developer could apply his stock picking ability to larger cap stocks, his system would be more tradeable

LongRun Special
It seems IB is the only place this system can be traded so I went to the trouble of opening an account there but even then, the short shares are often difficult to borrow. And I was forced to cover the shorts, at my own expense a couple of times, in what is called a buy-in (the SEC orders the broker to return the shares) and then pay a commission again to re-short the shares a few days later.
There is ZERO communication from the developer which feels really odd. The stocks are thinly traded with large spreads, so getting out in a fast market could be very costly. The system has been in the doldrums for months now, not making anywhere near enough to cover the high monthly fees. It's been a big, expensive disappointment for me.
Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Clustering Bot
A good start for this system. Nice profit factor and trade winning percentage. High sharpe ratio with no steep drawdowns yet. I would imagine that most people will trade this system with some leverage to increase trade sizes. Its early so these statistics will most likely fall, but if developer can stay away from massive drawdowns then this system could be a nice winner for him and C2 customers. 3 stars for now but I would increase if current performance continues. Nice start.

His indicator has provided an incorrect directional short signal for the past week, as it can't "handle" this slow market move upwards characterized by very little volume, which may be the market behavior in the forseable future. He abandoned his signal today and told subscribers to close the short position. This is a huge red flag for me whenever developers decide to provide discretionary trades as it negates all the analysis and testing of the system.

Extremely easy to trade even manually if using a broker that allows you to enter the orders in bulk. Thus far no issues, except perhaps the system not immediately taking into effect news related stock movement (bad quarter results, etc.) resulting in buy triggers at far below the limit entry point. This seems to resolve itself a trading day or two later, but I am unsure as to why the adjustment does not happen immediately. Otherwise, extremely happy so far and barring a black swan, it is hard to see this system suffering an extreme drawdown.
Stock Opportunities
System developer is timely and consistent in updating stops and limits. However, stops are set a bit low for my risk tolerance. There also seems to be too many picks from the semi-conductor industry....

S&P ETF TIMER
Had a nice year last year - close to 50%. Trades a bit more frequently than other long/short ETF systems here. Not sure if it can be used in an IRA without violating round trip rule. Keep up the good work!
