Strawberry Rhubarb FX

Strawberry Rhubarb is easily one of the best systems around. It had one significant drawdown, in April '12, which truly I believe was the result of the developer succumbing to pressure from some overly-assertive subscribers urging him to change his trading style--a mistake that he seems to have learned well from and has not repeated. Otherwise, his trades are remarkably consistent and profitable, with very short market exposure (currently 6.3 hrs) and low intratrade drawdowns, with rare exceptions. The system has been profitable for 12 out of the 14 months it has been around, and currently has a 125.4% compound annual return. Unlike a lot of systems, there's no "averaging in" or martingale here, and the risk/reward you see is the risk/reward you get. Also, the developer trades his own system and only charges if the system is profitable. What more can you ask for?

SP100 Short Term Swing

Good mechanical long-only stock system. High win % (>80%), excellent profit factor & Sharpe ratio. Very low max drawdown to date. Reasonably diversified, holding up to 10 positions, none representing more than 15% of portfolio. Fairly high portfolio turnover. Appears suitable for both regular and IRA accounts. Worth considering.

QUARTZ II

High-wire act with no obvious net below. Superior equity curve but subject to frequent, very large drawdowns. Entries do not appear particularly well-timed. Neither stops nor target orders placed at time of entry. Not suitable for small (<100k+) accounts or those with a fear of heights. Those trading this system need faith, patience, and deep pockets.

US Stock Trader

Sound system. Nice steady equity growth curve. Trading AAPL exclusively at the moment; presume this is subject to change. Good stats: win/loss, profit factor, Sharpe ratio all excellent. Drawdowns are well contained. Stops and target orders placed at time of entry on all new positions. Note for those trading within IRAs--system takes both long and short entries, so returns in a long-only account will vary accordingly.

LibertyFX test

i have a 3000usd account, and i almost lose all my account with this system!!! it dont take in count fundamental analisys!! its get crazy in september doing many high risk trades!! if you are interested in this system i recomend you that dont entry with the same size of leverage!!you can lose if you have a small account

Parcours Commodities

This commodity spread system has been on C2 now for one year and vendor trades it in his own account since March 11. One can see it has a very nice performance and equity curve. C2 does not take into account the reduced margin for spread systems so in your brokerage account you need less capital and your real return on necessary capital will be much higher than shown on C2. Why not 5 stars? In my book there is no system on C2 yet which qualifies for it, it would have to show a good performance history with reasonable draw downs thru bull and bear markets and be at least 5 years old.

Bodhi Forex

Nothing special here. Stats are getting worse, especially average wins and average losses. Although vendor claims no averaging down and stop loss is set during entry, he widens stops if price moves in opposite direction (though I didn't see he passed beyond his 150 pips max stop limit). Manual trading is not advisable as all orders are market orders. There are definitely better and cheaper strategies available here.

TSX Mini

I'm surprised there hasn't been any reviews of this system yet. I have followed it over 5 months and am impressed with the steady rise in equity and new highs. C2 history approaching 2 years. System has nicely rebounded to past drawdowns. Developer provides stable management in his use of stops and targets. Well worth trying.

Discontinued, please see new system

So far the previous reviewer has been correct on the large draw down part which all subscribers are experiencing. I rated 2 stars to reflect the current performance and I'm sure other subscribers are anxiously waiting for the other part which is the great gain and will give it 5 stars rating when it arrives. Hanging in tight folks, better days are ahead of us, I hope.

Triple Play

System owner hasn't logged in since Thursday. Drawdown continues. I sure hope we're not on our own.

Prudentius Praemium FX

The best thing about this system is the revenue it generates to the vendor. No C2 login since August, no word to subscribers. Lack of professionalism and discipline, incompatible to operate in an environment such as C2. Add bad trading to it and the result is 0 stars.

Triple Play

Going great....then all of a sudden it's like this system has just fallen asleep letting losses keep growing.

Butterfly 100 Stocks

I've autotraded this system over the past month within my Interactive Brokers account using Trader68. My executions have matched what is shown on the web site, so I've made money so far without suffering any signifcant drawdowns. I like the fact that the return has been similar to the S&P but with less volatility (since it is usually only partially invested). If this performance keep up I'll be changing my rating to 5 stars.

Forex Swing 2012

Gotta have balls of steel to trade this. Doesn't look like a sensible system to me.

SuperrPips

As seen from the equity curve, this systems trading was impressive until about mid April 2012. Since then the volatility of this system has dramatically increased, win percentage has fallen quite a bit, and the system is not performing well. I think a switch to pay only if profitable would be an improvement.

Forex Swing 2012

After good initial start, the system is starting going down. Each loss is a lot bigger than each gain which means the direction of each trade is not very good.

Golden Phoenix Forex

This is a very promising young system. It has minimal market exposure, with a current average trade duration of just 5.1 hours, it has consistently low intratrade drawdowns, and it has an excellent sharp ratio. It's win rate is 80%--very respectable, but not unrealistic. That says to me that, unlike a great many other FX systems here on C2 and elsewhere, Golden Phoenix is disciplined enough to bail out of a losing trade long before it threatens to becomes a wipe-out. Plus, the TOS certification show that the developer is confident enough in his system to trade it in his own account.

Compounding Income Stream

This system is easy to trade. His trades seem to be low risk considering they are naked puts with relatively low risk and loss control.

SuperrPips

This is an opening range breakout system with Sunday evening providing the basis for the targets for the upcoming week. Based on my backtesting, this system does not have a significant edge. In my opinion, the positive equity curve has resulted as much from luck as from skill. In other words, I am bailing out.
